Chief Operating Officer/General Manager
Joshua has over 23 years of extensive hospitality experience in upscale hotel and restaurant environments. Most recently, he was the Director of Food & Beverage and Hotel Manager at the Park Lane Hotel on Central Park in New York City. Previous to that, Joshua was the Director of Food & Beverage Operations for the Intercontinental Times Square, overseeing over $15 million in revenue. He was also a key part of the Grand Reopening Team for the Intercontinental New York Barclay. Joshua also held senior food and beverage leadership positions with the Waldorf Astoria and as General Manager of Premium for the opening of the Barclays Center. Joshua holds a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. He is proud of his affiliations as a member of the notable James Beard Foundation, board member of the Les Amis d'Escoffier Society and of the Hotel Association of New York City, as well as the Golf Committee Chair for the Food & Beverage Association of America. He looks forward to continuing his professional development through the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA).
