Chef Willis comes to Crestmont after worked in a multitude of renowned restaurants, hotels and private clubs in New York, Florida and California. He was the Executive Chef at the Palm Grill restaurants in Key West and Miami which both received "Best New Restuarant" awards by Miami Metro Magazine. He rang in the New Year in 2010 by becoming the Executive Chef of The Plaza Hotel to great acclaim. After 3 years at the Plaza Hotel, Willis joined the Union League Club for a complete overhaul of their food & beverage operations.
